A 198m² studio on the 2nd floor, accommodating up to 50 people. The raw concrete interior and natural daylight create a versatile backdrop for both visual production and small-scale events.
The private terrace provides additional outdoor space, while the fitting room and restroom support changing and production preparation.
A hair and makeup salon is located on the 3rd floor, allowing teams to move directly from hair and makeup to the studio.
The studio is located in the Apgujeong, Nonhyeon and Sinsa area, surrounded by cafes and restaurants and well connected to the rest of Gangnam.

Setup & Breakdown
All preparation, setup, equipment removal and restoration must be completed within the booked time. Overtime may incur additional charges.
Staff Capacity
The maximum agreed number of staff must be observed. Exceeding the agreed number may result in cancellation or additional charges.
Damage
Please take care when moving tripods, lighting, metal boxes, director’s chairs and other equipment to avoid damaging the floors and walls. Any damage may require compensation.
Food & Beverage
Food is not permitted in the space. If necessary, please obtain prior approval from the host.
Outdoor Shooting
Outdoor filming is not permitted.
Cleaning & Restoration
All waste generated during the booking must be collected and removed. Any furniture or layout changes must be restored before the end of the booking.
Parking
Valet parking is available, with up to 5 parking spaces provided.

Please observe basic etiquette toward surrounding residents.
