A 149 m² ground-floor loft furnished with mid-century designer pieces and vintage objects selected by Constance. The combination of raw concrete, aged wall textures and furniture in varied materials creates a layered interior with a distinctive visual identity.
Suitable for fashion editorials, interviews, private dinner parties and brand events, the space can accommodate up to 60 people. Vintage furniture and prop rentals, as well as additional space styling, are available through Constance.
The base rental rate covers up to 6 people. Pricing increases with the number of guests, so the final rate depends on the group size. Large-scale commercial productions, including advertising shoots and music videos with 30 or more people, require a separate quote.

Setup & Breakdown
Setup, preparation, equipment removal and restoration must all be completed within the booked time. Additional charges may apply for overtime.
Damage & Flooring
The wooden floors and wallpaper may be damaged by production equipment. Use protective mats, blankets or tennis balls under tripods, lighting stands, metal cases and other equipment. Any damage will be documented on site and assessed before compensation is requested.
Guest Count & Pricing
The base rental rate covers up to 6 people. Additional guests incur extra charges based on the total number of people using the space. Productions with 30 or more people, including large-scale advertising shoots and music videos, require a separate quote. The maximum capacity is 60 people.
Food & Drink
Food and drink are not permitted unless approved by the host in advance.
Noise & Outdoor Filming
Please be considerate of nearby residents. Outdoor filming in the surrounding area is not permitted.
Cleaning & Restoration
Remove all waste before leaving. Return any moved furniture and props to their original positions before the end of the booking.
Parking
Up to 10 cars can be accommodated, with 1 parking space provided free of charge. Additional parking is subject to the applicable fee.
