Booking & Payment Policy
Last updated: July 12, 2026
This Booking & Payment Policy explains how booking requests, payments, cancellations, refunds, and related matters are handled through GNLR (“Granular,” “Granular Seoul,” “GNLR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By submitting a booking inquiry or making a payment through the Platform, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Use.
1. Booking Requests
All bookings begin with a booking inquiry submitted through the Platform.
GNLR manually reviews and processes each inquiry. We aim to respond within 24 hours, although response times may vary.
Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.
A booking is confirmed only after:
- the provider accepts the request;
- an invoice or payment instructions have been issued; and
- payment has been received in accordance with the terms communicated by GNLR.
2. Reservation Period
Once payment instructions have been issued, the requested booking will generally be reserved for up to 24 hours unless otherwise specified.
If payment is not received within the stated reservation period, the booking request may expire and availability can no longer be guaranteed.
3. Payment
Payment terms may vary depending on the provider and booking.
Depending on the provider, payment may be required:
- in full before the booking; or
- as a 50% deposit before the booking and the remaining balance afterward.
The applicable payment terms will always be communicated before payment is requested.
Bookings are not confirmed until the required payment has been received.
4. Payment Methods
Available payment methods may include:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- International bank transfer
- USDT
- USDC
Available payment methods may change from time to time.
For cryptocurrency payments, the applicable exchange rate will be determined on the date the invoice is issued.
5. Pricing and Fees
Prices are determined by the individual provider unless otherwise stated.
GNLR may retain a service commission from completed bookings. Any applicable platform fees are included in the quoted booking price unless otherwise specified.
Prices remain subject to availability until a booking has been confirmed.
6. Provider Payments
Where GNLR collects payment on behalf of a provider, provider payouts are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Cancellations by Clients
Unless a provider’s individual cancellation policy states otherwise:
- cancellations made within 48 hours after payment are eligible for a full refund;
- cancellations made more than 48 hours after payment but earlier than 24 hours before the scheduled booking are generally eligible for a 50% refund;
- cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking are non-refundable.
Where a provider has established a different cancellation policy, that policy will be communicated before payment is made and will take precedence.
8. Cancellations by Providers
If a provider cancels a confirmed booking, the client will receive a full refund of any amount paid through GNLR.
GNLR is not responsible for arranging replacement providers, although we may do so at our discretion.
Repeated or unjustified cancellations may result in suspension or removal of the provider from the Platform.
9. Changes to Bookings
Changes to booking dates, times, or other arrangements may be made only with the agreement of both the client and the provider.
Additional services may be added where available and subject to the provider’s approval.
10. Overtime
Requests for additional time beyond the original booking should be discussed with the provider as early as possible.
Where approved by the provider, additional time may be charged according to the provider’s applicable rates.
Where payment is facilitated by GNLR, we may assist in arranging payment for approved overtime.
11. No-Shows
If a client fails to attend a confirmed booking without prior agreement, any payments made are non-refundable.
If a provider fails to attend a confirmed booking without a valid reason, the client will receive a full refund of any amount paid through GNLR. Such incidents may also result in suspension or removal from the Platform.
12. Disputes
GNLR is not responsible for the quality, outcome, or performance of services provided by independent providers.
If a dispute arises, we encourage both parties to resolve the matter directly.
Where appropriate, GNLR may review complaints and, at its sole discretion, take editorial action regarding a provider’s continued presence on the Platform, including suspension or removal.
13. Force Majeure
Neither clients nor providers shall be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, severe weather, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
Where appropriate and supported by reasonable documentation, GNLR will work with the parties to determine a fair resolution, which may include rescheduling or a full or partial refund.
14. Taxes
Applicable taxes, including VAT where required by law, may be included in or added to the booking price.
Each party is responsible for complying with its own tax obligations under applicable law.
15. Policy Changes
GNLR may update this Booking & Payment Policy from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on the Platform and will become effective upon publication.
