A stage, AV and lighting equipment, event furniture and a dedicated elevator for moving production equipment make the space well suited to both events and visual productions. External catering is permitted, while partitions, branding installations and basic carpentry work can be arranged with prior coordination.

Setup & Breakdown
Setup and teardown time are included in the rental period. The space must be returned to its original condition before departure. Overtime is charged at ₩300,000/hour.
Catering & Waste
External catering and food & beverage vendors are permitted. All catering, beverage and other event waste must be sorted and removed after the event according to the venue's requirements.
Installation & Branding
Partitions and basic carpentry work are permitted with prior coordination. Branding, banners and other installations require approval. The venue's designated banners must be attached with magnets, and double-sided tape cannot be used directly on walls. Any tape, staples or other installation materials must be completely removed without leaving residue or damage.
Parking
Three parking spaces are provided free of charge. Additional parking in the building is available for ₩4,000/hour, with approximately 5–10 spaces available on weekdays and up to 30 on weekends, subject to availability. Nearby paid parking may be required when the building is full.
Internet
Additional wired internet installation can be arranged separately through the venue.
