A large venue located on B3 of Moss Studio. The 9.9m ceiling height and expansive floor area allow for large-scale sets, substantial equipment setups and flexible production layouts.
The space can accommodate a range of productions as well as parties and events. Vehicle access is supported by an advanced car lift, making the studio suitable for productions requiring vehicles or large equipment.
A site visit is recommended to check the space and production conditions before booking.

Setup & Breakdown
All setup, production, equipment removal and restoration must be completed within the booked time. Overtime may incur additional charges.
Installations & Set Construction
Unauthorized alterations or damage to the space are not permitted. Nails and staples are prohibited. When attaching signs, use masking tape rather than standard adhesive tape.
Set construction should be prepared in advance, with only basic assembly carried out at the studio. Floor protection is required when painting sets, and the studio may require the space to be restored to its original condition.
Smoke & Special Effects
Please notify the studio in advance when using smoke or fog, as it may trigger the fire detection system.
Cleaning & Restoration
All production teams must restore the space to its original condition before departure. For events, professional cleaning is required, using a cleaning company designated by Moss Studio.
Waste generated by the production must be removed by the production team or disposed of through a waste management company at the team’s expense. Large-capacity general waste and food waste bags should be prepared as required.
Parking
Up to 7 production vehicles can be accommodated. Additional paid parking is available through an external parking operator on B1; parking fees are handled separately from Moss Studio.
