A large-scale multi-level venue with approximately 990 m² across three floors and a separate 66 m² kitchen.
1F · 595 m²: A column-free open main hall suitable for conferences, brand launches, roadshows, exhibitions and large-scale production sets. Large screens, stages, audience seating and booths can be configured simultaneously.
2F · 265 m²: Lounge and private areas that can be used as a VIP lounge, meeting room, networking space, monitoring room, interview area, staff waiting room or secondary shooting location.
Kitchen · 66 m²: A dedicated kitchen and F&B area suitable for catering, bar setups, food-related productions and branded F&B activations.
The space accommodates up to 500 people standing or 250 seated. The open main hall provides flexible camera and equipment movement, including wide-angle and track-based production setups.

Setup & Breakdown
All shooting preparation, setup, equipment removal and restoration must be completed within the booked time. Overtime may incur additional charges.
Maximum Staff
The agreed maximum number of staff must be observed. The host may cancel the booking or request an additional payment if the agreed number is exceeded.
Cleaning & Restoration
All waste must be removed after use. Any furniture or layout changes must be restored before the end of the booking.
Damage
Please take care when moving tripods, lighting, metal boxes, director's chairs and other equipment to avoid damaging the wooden floors and walls. Any damage may require compensation.
Food & Beverage
Food and eating are not permitted in the space. If necessary, please obtain prior approval from the host.
Outdoor Shooting
Outdoor filming around the venue is not permitted.
Parking
Parking is limited to the agreed number of vehicles. Up to 10 cars are provided free of charge.
Etiquette
Please observe basic etiquette toward surrounding residents and businesses.
