Setup & Breakdown
All setup, preparation, breakdown and restoration must be completed within the booked time. Overtime may incur additional charges.
Cleaning & Damage
The space must be returned to its original condition. Please take care when moving tripods, lighting equipment and other production equipment across floors, walls, furniture and fixtures. Damage may incur restoration or repair costs.
Staff & Capacity
The agreed number of staff must be observed. The host may cancel the booking or charge additional fees if the agreed capacity is exceeded.
Food & Beverage
Food and beverages are not permitted inside the space. Please contact the host in advance if an exception is required.
Furniture & Layout
Furniture and the existing layout may be changed with prior approval. Any changes must be restored before the end of the booking.
Noise & Etiquette
Please maintain basic etiquette for neighboring residents. Outdoor shooting outside the designated space is not permitted.
Waste
All waste generated during the booking must be collected and removed.
Parking
Valet parking is available. No free parking spaces are provided.
