The space is available for private hire from 2 PM to 2 AM. The rental fee covers the full 12-hour period.

Setup & Breakdown
All setup, production, breakdown and restoration must be completed within the booked time.
Cleaning & Damage
The space must be returned to its original condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply for damage or excessive mess.
Furniture & Layout
Any changes to the existing furniture or layout must be discussed in advance and restored before the end of the booking.
Food & Beverage
F&B service is available through the venue. External food or beverage arrangements should be confirmed in advance.
Noise & Etiquette
Please maintain appropriate noise levels and respect surrounding businesses and residents.
Parking & Access
No free parking is provided. Nearby paid parking should be used.
Additional charges
F&B and VAT are not included. F&B cost is approximately ₩70,000–100,000 per person.
