Setup & Breakdown
All setup, production, breakdown and restoration must be completed within the booked time.
Cleaning & Damage
The space must be returned to its original condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply for damage or excessive mess.
Furniture & Layout
Any changes to the existing layout must be discussed in advance and restored before the end of the booking.
Parking & Access
Up to 6 vehicles can be accommodated. Additional vehicles must use nearby paid parking.
Special Equipment
High-power productions may require a generator vehicle. Advance coordination and a site visit are required for generators, 3.5-ton vehicles, mobile generators or other large equipment.

Rates may vary depending on the type, scale and specific requirements of the production. Final pricing may vary depending on the production requirements, equipment and scope of use. Exhibition and long-term bookings may be eligible for separate pricing.
