Hall: Accommodates up to 250 guests and provides a spacious setting for private events, brand gatherings and productions.
Terrace: Suitable for wine tastings, wedding after parties, social gatherings and film, drama or advertising shoots. The terrace can accommodate 50–100 people, including standing events.
The venue works with a Michelin two-star chef and offers in-house catering for events.

Setup & Breakdown
All preparation, setup, equipment removal and restoration must be completed within the booked time. Overtime may incur additional charges.
Staff Capacity
The agreed maximum number of staff must be observed. Exceeding the agreed number may result in cancellation or additional charges.
Damage
Please take care when moving tripods, lighting, metal boxes, director’s chairs and other equipment to avoid damaging the wooden floors and wallpaper. Any damage may require compensation.
Food & Beverage
Food and eating are not permitted in the space unless otherwise approved by the host.
Outdoor Shooting
Outdoor filming is not permitted.
Cleaning & Restoration
All waste generated during the booking must be collected and disposed of properly. Any furniture or layout changes must be restored before the end of the booking.
Parking
Parking is available for up to 20 vehicles.

Please observe basic etiquette toward surrounding residents.
