1F · 364 m²: Main dining hall with a spacious outdoor terrace, central fountain and large chandelier. Suitable for large-scale events and productions. Capacity: up to 150 people. Includes projector, screen, wireless microphones, sound system, DJ booth, Wi-Fi, private rooms and catering facilities.
2F · 350 m²: An industrial-inspired bar space with blue carpeting, booth seating and a separate white-toned room. Capacity: up to 30 people. Includes private rooms, bar tables and bartender service.
3F · 317 m²: A refined penthouse-style dining space with a European villa-inspired interior. The rooftop terrace extends the space outdoors and can accommodate BBQ events. Penthouse: up to 15 people. Rooftop: up to 50 people.
The venue can be rented by individual floor or as a combined space. VMD installation and removal require advance coordination.

Setup & Breakdown
All setup, production, breakdown and restoration must be completed within the booked time.
Cleaning & Damage
The space must be returned to its original condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply for damage or excessive mess.
Furniture & Layout
Existing furniture and layouts must be restored before the end of the booking. Large-scale installations or VMD work require advance coordination.
Food & Beverage
Catering and alcohol are included in the price. Please coordinate requirements in advance.
Parking & Access
Valet parking is available. Parking capacity and vehicle access should be confirmed in advance for large-scale productions.
Noise & Etiquette
Please maintain appropriate noise levels and respect surrounding businesses and residents, particularly during evening hours.
Additional charges
Event and extended bookings may be quoted separately depending on the number of hours and scope of use. VMD installation is available by separate arrangement. Selected champagne bottles may be included depending on the booking.
