The entire first floor is available for exclusive use, accommodating up to approximately 80 guests.
The space is currently operated as a dining bar and combines a distinctive interior with a practical event setup. Tables, chairs, a kitchen and dining equipment are available on site, while the central installation, volcanic stone elements and extensive cactus collection create a strong backdrop for visual productions.
The venue can accommodate corporate parties, private events, group dining, photoshoots, drama and video productions, with the layout suitable for both larger gatherings and smaller private events.

Setup & Breakdown
All setup, preparation, breakdown and restoration must be completed within the booked time. Overtime may incur additional charges.
Cleaning & Damage
Please take particular care around the landscaping, cacti, flooring, displayed alcohol and other interior elements. Damage may incur restoration or repair costs.
Staff & Capacity
Maximum capacity is approximately 80 guests. The agreed capacity must be observed. Additional on-site staff may be required at an additional cost.
Food & Beverage
Outside food and alcohol are not permitted without prior agreement. The venue’s dining menu can be arranged when required.
Furniture & Layout
Furniture and the existing layout may be changed with prior approval. Any changes must be restored before the end of the booking.
Parking
Up to 5 parking spaces are available. Any changes to the agreed number of vehicles must be arranged in advance.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Please contact the host regarding designated smoking areas.
Waste & Operations
Waste disposal, refrigerator use, lighting and other operational details will be provided by the host after reservation.
