The spacious studio can accommodate a range of visual setups, from photoshoots and mood shots to music videos, live recordings and drama production.
The rooftop terrace provides an additional outdoor setting and allows lighting equipment to be used for night shoots. The entire space can be rented exclusively, with a private elevator serving the 4F.
The venue can also accommodate brand pop-ups, exhibitions, sales events, private parties and gatherings, including wine events and DJ setups.

Setup & Breakdown
All shooting preparation, setup, equipment removal and restoration must be completed within the booked time. Overtime may incur additional charges.
Staff Capacity
The agreed maximum number of staff must be observed. Exceeding the agreed number may result in cancellation or additional charges.
Damage
Please take care when moving tripods, lighting, metal boxes, director’s chairs and other equipment to avoid damaging the wooden floors and wallpaper. Any damage will be assessed on site and may require compensation.
Cleaning & Restoration
All waste generated during the booking must be collected and disposed of properly. Any furniture or layout changes must be restored before the end of the booking.
