Setup & Breakdown
All setup, shooting, breakdown and restoration must be completed within the booked time.
Cleaning & Damage
The space must be returned to its original condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply for damage or excessive mess.
Furniture & Vehicles
Furniture shoots and bringing vehicles inside the property require separate pricing and advance coordination.
Parking & Access
Up to 2 vehicles can be accommodated for full-property bookings, or 1 vehicle per floor when renting a single floor. Additional vehicles must use nearby paid parking.
Special Equipment
High-power equipment may require a generator vehicle. Advance coordination and a site visit are required for generators, 3.5-ton vehicles, mobile generators or other large equipment.
Rates
Additional hours are charged at 10% of the applicable day rate. Pricing may vary depending on the final production requirements and scope of use. Exhibition and long-term bookings may be eligible for discounted rates.
