Setup & Breakdown
All preparation, setup, equipment removal and restoration must be completed within the booked time. Overtime may incur additional charges.
Damage
Please take care when moving tripods, lighting, metal boxes, director’s chairs and other equipment to avoid damaging the wooden floors and wallpaper. Any damage may require compensation.
Food & Beverage
Food and eating are not permitted in the space. unless arranged with host in advance.
Catering
Set-menu catering is available. External catering and delivery food may be used after hours. Delivery food can be plated and served by the venue.
Alcohol
Alcohol is not included in the rental. Clients must purchase and provide their own alcohol. The venue provides alcohol setup service covering transport, storage, chilling and setup.
Outdoor Use
Outdoor filming around the venue is not permitted.
Cleaning & Restoration
All waste generated during the booking must be collected and disposed of properly. Any furniture or layout changes must be restored before the end of the booking.
Parking
15 parking spaces are available in front of the venue on weekends. On weekdays, 2 spaces are available. Additional paid parking is available within a 3–4 minute walk.
