1F · 82 m²: Four exhibition rooms. Two of the rooms are connected; restroom, small storage area and kitchen are in the corridor. Large windows throughout bring in natural light and views of the surrounding neighborhood.
2F · 50m²: Three exhibition rooms. The entrance folding doors open directly onto the terrace, allowing the indoor space to extend outdoors. One of the rooms includes a partitioned kitchen.
The outdoor areas include a small garden with an old persimmon tree, a terrace and a rooftop overlooking N Seoul Tower and the tiled roofs of Bukchon.

Setup & Breakdown
All preparation, setup, equipment removal and restoration must be completed within the booked time. Overtime may incur additional charges.
Cleaning & Damage
Please use protective mats or blankets and tennis balls under equipment where necessary to protect floors and walls. The space must be returned to its original condition. Damage may incur repair or replacement costs.
Food & Drink
Food and drinks are not permitted unless prior approval is obtained from the host.
Staff & Conduct
The agreed maximum staff capacity must be observed. Excess staff may result in additional charges or cancellation. Please respect neighboring residents and dispose of all waste after use.
Outdoor Shooting
Outdoor shooting in the surrounding area is not permitted.
Furniture & Layout
Any furniture or layout changes must be returned to their original positions before departure.
Parking
No free parking is provided. Please use nearby public parking facilities.
