A standalone three-level space spanning a basement and two above-ground floors. Each area offers a distinct visual setting, with carefully selected vintage furniture, lighting and props throughout. The space is designed to accommodate both small-scale productions and larger commercial shoots.
Furniture and props are regularly updated, and additional areas may be viewed during a site visit upon request.

Schedule & Booking
Please confirm the studio's availability through the Medium Rare Studio website before booking, as its schedule is not synchronized with the booking platform.
Setup & Breakdown
All preparation, setup, equipment removal and restoration must be completed within the booked time. Overtime is charged separately.
Furniture & Props
Furniture, lighting and props are high-value items and must be handled with care. Please contact the host in advance before moving large furniture. All furniture and props must be returned to their original positions before departure. Items may change periodically.
Cleaning & Damage
Please use protective mats or blankets and tennis balls under equipment where necessary to protect floors and walls. Any damage will be assessed on site and may incur repair or replacement costs.
Damage Deposit
A ₩500,000 security deposit is required before use and will be fully refunded after the booking, provided there is no damage to the space, furniture, props or equipment.
Food & Drink
Food and drinks are not permitted inside the studio.
Staff & Conduct
The agreed maximum staff capacity must be observed. Excess staff may result in additional charges or cancellation. Please respect neighboring properties and dispose of all waste after use.
Outdoor Shooting
Outdoor shooting in the surrounding area is not permitted.

Non-refundable: Within 3 days of booking
Within 2 hours of payment: Full refund, except same-day cancellations
Host cancellation: Full refund
