Located on the 3rd floor, this 83 m² studio combines a bright interior with a terrace overlooking surrounding greenery. South-facing floor-to-ceiling windows bring in abundant natural light throughout the day, while two east-facing kitchen windows catch the early morning sun.
Light changes with the seasons, from dappled sunlight filtered through summer foliage to deeper, more direct sunlight in winter. On overcast days, a Nanlite Forza 500 continuous light is available to borrow at no extra cost.
With its leafy outlook and large communal table, the space works equally well for visual production, small private events and seminars.

Setup & Breakdown
Setup, preparation, equipment removal and restoration must all be completed within the booked time. Additional charges may apply for overtime. Please book for the actual number of attendees and the full duration and scale of your production.
Damage & Flooring
The wooden floors and wallpaper are easily damaged by production equipment. Use protective mats, blankets or tennis balls under tripods, lighting stands, metal cases and other equipment. Any damage will be documented on site and assessed before compensation is requested.
Guest Count & Pricing
The base rental rate covers up to 3 people. Additional guests incur an extra charge, with the total rental price calculated based on the number of people using the space.
Food & Drink
Food and drinks are not permitted unless approved by the host in advance.
Cleaning & Restoration
Dispose of all waste before leaving. Return any moved furniture and props to their original positions before the end of the booking.
