Spanning four levels, Frieze House offers a varied setting for exhibitions, installations and events, with multiple exhibition areas and a central interior space suitable for sculpture and larger-scale works.
A spacious garden provides an outdoor extension of the venue, allowing for receptions, installations and other event programming alongside the indoor spaces.
Integrated speakers and lighting provide basic AV capabilities, while additional equipment and technical support can be arranged at an extra cost.
A dedicated prep kitchen supports external catering and event setups, including cocktail receptions and seated dinners.

Setup & Breakdown
All setup, preparation, equipment breakdown and restoration must be completed within the booked time. Overtime is subject to additional charges.
Cleaning & Damage
Please take particular care around the wooden floors and walls. Any damage will be assessed on site and may incur repair or restoration costs.
Capacity
Maximum capacity is 87 guests for standing events and 58 guests for seated events. The agreed maximum number of staff and guests must be observed.
Waste
All waste generated during the booking must be disposed of using Jung-gu designated waste bags.
Exhibition Lighting
If the existing exhibition lighting setup is changed, it must be restored to its original configuration before the end of the booking.
Parking
No parking is provided. Please use nearby public parking facilities.
Catering & Alcohol
External catering is permitted. Red wine is not permitted in the space.
