The interior combines vintage terrazzo-style flooring, a two-tone exposed ceiling structure and white walls, creating a restrained, neutral backdrop for brand installations, products and displays.
Two fitting rooms and a storage room are included, while the open layout allows for flexible placement of fixtures, lighting and other brand elements.
Located in the heart of Seongsu's main retail and creative district, the space benefits from strong pedestrian traffic and is surrounded by fashion, lifestyle and design brands.

Setup & Breakdown
All setup, event operation, breakdown and restoration must be completed within the booked time. Please include preparation and cleanup time when making your reservation.
Cleaning & Damage
The space must be returned to its original condition. Please take care when moving equipment, fixtures and furniture. Additional repair fees may apply for damage to the space or its fixtures.
Staff & Capacity
The agreed maximum number of staff and guests must be observed. The host may cancel the booking or request an additional fee if the agreed capacity is exceeded.
Food & Drink
Food and drink are not permitted inside the space. Please contact the host in advance if an exception is necessary.
Noise & Etiquette
Please be considerate of surrounding residents and businesses. Outdoor shooting is not permitted.
Waste
All waste generated during the booking must be collected and removed before departure.
Furniture & Layout
If furniture or the existing layout is changed during use, everything must be restored to its original position before departure.
