Setup & Breakdown
All setup, equipment removal and restoration must be completed within the booked time. Unapproved overtime will incur additional charges.
Cleaning & Restoration
Return the space and any changed furniture arrangements to their original condition before leaving. Separate and dispose of all waste in the designated area.
Damage
Please take care when moving tripods, lighting, metal boxes, director's chairs and other equipment to avoid damaging floors and walls. Any damage, contamination or loss must be reported immediately and may require compensation.
Food & Beverage
Food, drinks and alcohol are permitted. Please take care to prevent stains, damage or lingering odors.
Smoking & Noise
Smoking is prohibited throughout the indoor space and permitted only in the designated smoking area outside the building.
Excessive noise or vibration may result in immediate termination of use. Please observe basic etiquette toward surrounding businesses and residents.
Access
Only the areas agreed upon in advance may be used. Access to other areas is restricted.
Safety & Responsibility
Any accidents or damages occurring during use are the user's responsibility. The host assumes no liability.
End of Use
Turn off all lights, heating/cooling systems and electronic equipment, lock the doors and leave the space securely.
