A 231 m² standalone space on the first floor, located in Mullae's creative district.
The space combines two distinct atmospheres: a bright wood-floored area with large grid windows and abundant natural light, and a spacious industrial section with brick flooring and a more raw character.
Original vintage furniture is available for use throughout the space, allowing the setting to be adapted for different types of visual production, exhibitions and events.
Furniture and props are periodically rearranged, so please contact the host in advance if specific pieces are essential to your project.

Setup & Breakdown
All setup, preparation, breakdown and restoration must be completed within the booked time. Please include preparation and cleanup time when making your reservation. Overtime is subject to additional charges.
Cleaning & Damage
The space must be returned to its original condition. Please use protective mats or blankets and tennis balls under equipment when necessary to prevent damage to the floors and walls. Additional repair fees may apply for damage to the space or its fixtures.
Staff & Capacity
The agreed maximum number of staff and guests must be observed. The host may cancel the booking or request an additional fee if the agreed capacity is exceeded.
Food & Drink
Food and drink are not permitted inside the space. Please contact the host in advance if an exception is necessary.
Noise & Etiquette
Please be considerate of surrounding residents and keep noise to a reasonable level. Outdoor shooting is not permitted.
Waste
All waste generated during the booking must be collected and removed before departure.
Furniture & Layout
If furniture or the existing layout is changed during use, everything must be restored to its original position before departure.
Parking
Only the designated parking spaces are available. Please do not exceed the allocated parking capacity.
