The studio combines a spacious main hall with several private rooms and a terrace, connected by an easy, flexible flow.

The space works well for fashion, lookbook, portrait and video production, with enough variety across the main hall, smaller rooms and outdoor terrace to accommodate different setups and scenes.

Setup & Breakdown
All setup, shooting, breakdown and restoration must be completed within the booked time. Please include preparation and cleanup time when making your reservation.
Cleaning & Damage
The space must be returned to its original condition. Please use protective mats or blankets and tennis balls under equipment when necessary to prevent damage to the floors and walls. Additional repair fees may apply for damage to the space or its fixtures.
Food & Drink
Food is not permitted inside the space. Please contact the host in advance if an exception is necessary.
Staff & Capacity
The maximum permitted number of people must be observed. The host may cancel the booking or request an additional fee if the agreed capacity is exceeded.
Noise & Etiquette
Please be considerate of surrounding residents and keep noise to a reasonable level. Outdoor shooting is not permitted.
Parking
Only the designated parking space is available. Please do not exceed the allocated parking capacity.
Furniture & Layout
If furniture or the existing layout is changed during use, everything must be restored to its original position before departure.
