A 132m² private studio on the 4F, with a generous 3m ceiling and southeast-facing windows that bring in natural light throughout the day. The exposed concrete surfaces are balanced by selected original furniture and small objects, creating a restrained backdrop that works across a range of visual directions.
The space is designed to let natural light and the texture of the architecture define the atmosphere, rather than relying on heavy set design. Elevator access and dedicated parking make it practical for production teams and equipment.

Setup & Breakdown
All setup, preparation, equipment breakdown and restoration must be completed within the booked time. Please include setup and breakdown time when making your reservation.
Cleaning & Damage
The space must be returned to its original condition. Please use appropriate protection under tripods, lighting equipment and other production gear. Damage to flooring, walls, furniture or fixtures may incur repair costs.
Staff & Guest Capacity
The agreed maximum number of staff or guests must be observed. Exceeding the agreed capacity may result in additional charges or cancellation by the host.
Smoking & Food
Food and smoking are prohibited inside the space. Please contact the host in advance if an exception is required.
Etiquette & Outdoor Use
Please maintain basic etiquette and be considerate of nearby residents. Outdoor shooting around the surrounding area is not permitted.
Furniture & Layout
Any furniture or layout changes must be returned to the original arrangement before the end of the booking.
Waste & Parking
All waste generated during the booking must be cleared by the production team. Parking is limited to the two designated spaces.
