4F Rooftop: Private indoor area + terrace with N Seoul Tower views
The lower levels are particularly suited to visual production and brand activity, while the upper levels and rooftop work well for small private events and gatherings.

Setup & Breakdown
All setup and cleanup must be completed within the booked time. Please include preparation and breakdown time when making your reservation.
Cleaning & Damage
The space must be returned in its original condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply for excessive mess, damage or loss of furniture, props, equipment or fixtures.
Installation & Walls
Nailing, graffiti and strong adhesive tape are not permitted on the white walls. Damage to the recently repainted walls may incur restoration costs.
Smoking & Noise
Smoking is prohibited indoors and on the rooftop.
Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area on the 1F.
Excessive noise, shouting and disruptive activity are not permitted.
Please be especially mindful of noise during nighttime hours.
Safety
The building contains steep stairs. Please exercise caution when moving between floors.
Windows may not be opened independently. Contact the basement office if ventilation is required.
CCTV
The space operates under 24-hour CCTV monitoring.
Additional charges
Damage deposit: ₩100,000
Paid on the day of use and fully refunded within 2 days after the booking if no damage is found.
Overtime is charged at the standard hourly rate.
Free cancellation: Up to 4 days before booking
Non-refundable: Within 3 days of booking
Within 2 hours of payment: Full refund, except same-day cancellations
Host cancellation: Full refund
