Museum Studio 173 comprises three rentable areas across 1F, 2F and the rooftop, totaling approximately 694m².
1F · 298m²: The largest of the three spaces, offering generous room for larger-scale productions, sets and equipment.
2F · 198m²: A versatile studio space suited to fashion, editorial, lifestyle and content production.
Rooftop · 198m²: An open-air production area that can be used independently or as an extension of the indoor studios.
The studio is filled with natural light throughout the day and equipped with a selection of practical production furniture, props and equipment.

Setup & Breakdown
Booking time is based on entry and exit times, not shooting time. Setup, breakdown and restoration must all be completed within the booked period.
Cleaning & Damage
All furniture and props must be returned to their original positions before departure. A ₩200,000 security deposit is collected and returned after the space has been checked. If waste is not properly sorted and disposed of, the deposit may be retained as a cleaning fee.
Any damage to the studio, furniture or props is subject to full replacement-cost compensation.
Food & Beverages
Food and beverages are permitted inside the studio. Eating and drinking are not permitted on the stairs. Food waste must be disposed of in the designated waste bin on the building's 1F.
Shoes & Flooring
Please tape or clean the soles of model shoes before entering the studio.
Parking
One vehicle per rented area can park free of charge in the building's mechanical parking facility. Additional vehicles are subject to parking fees.
Payment & Tax
Full payment is required in advance. Tax invoices are available, with 10% VAT charged separately.
Restricted Content
Adult-content productions are not permitted. Unauthorized productions of this nature may be stopped immediately, with any resulting costs charged to the booking party.

Within 2 hours of payment: Full refund, except same-day cancellations
