1F: An open, spacious area with show-window visibility, suited to exhibitions, pop-ups and visitor-facing brand experiences.
2F: An independent exhibition space with white walls and exhibition lighting, suitable for art displays, branded content, talks and workshops.
Rooftop: An outdoor space with views of N Seoul Tower, suitable for receptions, networking, private events and outdoor photoshoots.
The space can be configured flexibly depending on the scale and format of the event. Recommended capacity is 20–60 people, with a maximum capacity of 80.

Setup & Breakdown
All event preparation, exhibition installation, shooting setup, breakdown and restoration must be completed within the booked time. Overtime may incur additional charges.
Furniture & Installation
Furniture and equipment may be moved with prior approval and must be returned to their original positions after use. Drilling, nails and strong adhesives are not permitted. Damage to walls, floors, exhibition rails, lighting or other fixtures may incur restoration costs.
Capacity
Recommended capacity is 20–60 people, with a maximum of 80. Exceeding the agreed number may result in additional charges or restrictions on use.
Food & Beverage
Food and beverages are permitted. All food waste and general waste must be removed after the event. Events involving excessive drinking or complaints related to intoxication may be stopped.
Noise & Events
Club-style parties and high-output sound systems are not permitted. Excessive noise should be avoided out of consideration for nearby residents. Speaker use and loud noise on the rooftop may be restricted. Late-night or overnight events are not permitted.
Rooftop Safety
Exercise caution when using the rooftop. Climbing or leaning over the railings is prohibited. Rooftop access may be restricted in strong winds, rain or other adverse weather.
Smoking & Fire Safety
Smoking is prohibited throughout the space. Candles, fireworks and other open flames are not permitted.
Cleaning
All waste generated during the event must be collected and disposed of properly.
Parking
No dedicated parking is available. Nearby public and private parking facilities should be used.
