A private three-floor building designed with references to Seochon and Korean palace architecture, incorporating details inspired by traditional decorative elements, patterns and materials.
The 1F–3F can be rented as a full building or by individual floor. The 4F is provided as a complimentary support space and can be used as a changing room, storage or staff lounge.
The 2F accommodates up to 20 guests, with seating for 16, while the 3F accommodates up to 20, with seating for 12. A fully equipped kitchen allows for food preparation, while catering, drinks and desserts can also be arranged as a paid service with advance reservation.
The space is well suited to pop-ups, brand events and productions, with strong street-level foot traffic and a particularly high number of international visitors.

Setup & Breakdown
All setup, preparation, equipment breakdown and restoration must be completed within the booked time. Please include setup and breakdown time when making your reservation.
Cleaning & Damage
The space must be returned to its original condition. Please take care when moving tripods, lighting equipment and other production gear. Damage to flooring, walls, furniture or fixtures may incur repair costs.
Staff & Guest Capacity
The agreed maximum number of staff or guests must be observed. Exceeding the agreed capacity may result in additional charges or cancellation by the host.
Smoking & Outdoor Use
Outdoor shooting around the surrounding area is not permitted. Please maintain basic etiquette and be considerate of nearby residents.
Furniture & Layout
Any furniture or layout changes must be returned to the original arrangement before the end of the booking.
Waste & Parking
All waste generated during the booking must be cleared by the production team. No parking is provided. Nearby public parking is available.
