The venue operates as a lounge with alcohol and shisha service during its regular operating hours. For private rental, the full space can be rented outside regular operating hours. Private room rental is also available.
The space welcomes corporate parties, birthday parties, drama and film productions, and YouTube shoots. Detailed rental arrangements can be discussed with the host following a meeting.

Setup & Breakdown
All preparation, setup, equipment removal and restoration must be completed within the booked time. Overtime may incur additional charges.
Staff Capacity
The maximum agreed number of staff must be observed. Exceeding the agreed number may result in cancellation or additional charges.
Damage
Please take care when moving tripods, lighting, metal boxes, director's chairs and other equipment to avoid damaging the floors and walls. Any damage may require compensation.
Food & Beverage
Food is not permitted in the space. If necessary, please obtain prior approval from the host.
Cleaning & Restoration
All waste generated during the booking must be collected and removed. Any furniture or layout changes must be restored before the end of the booking.

Up to 10 parking spaces are available.
