A 264m² gallery centered around a large 165m² main exhibition space. The open ceiling, white epoxy floor and clean architectural finish create a bright, expansive environment that works as a neutral backdrop for art, branding and visual production.
A separate meeting room can be used as a briefing area, waiting room or hair & makeup space, while the storage area provides practical back-of-house capacity for works, stock and event supplies.
The space is located around 10 minutes on foot from Seoul Forest and Ttukseom, with Seongsu's major creative destinations within easy walking distance.

Setup & Breakdown
Installation, setup, breakdown and removal must be completed within the booked time. All waste must be separated and the space cleaned before departure. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is not properly restored.
Installation & Walls
Screws and sheet vinyl installation are permitted. Exterior banners and wreaths may also be installed. Any removal of vinyl or screw installations may incur a ₩50,000–₩100,000 removal fee. Wreaths must be removed by the renter after the event.
Parking
Up to 5 cars can park free of charge. Additional vehicles may incur parking fees. Large vehicles can access the building.
Damage
The renter is responsible for any damage caused during the booking.
Additional Rentals
Standing tables are available at ₩3,000 each.
