A character-rich studio and gallery in central Euljiro, set within a building with roots dating back to the mid-20th century.
The space was originally used as a warehouse by a mother-of-pearl furniture workshop and later operated as a printing office for approximately 25 years. The current owner reopened the previously concealed ceiling, revealing the original pitched-roof structure.
Original walls, windows and other architectural elements have been preserved, allowing the marks of time and the building's industrial history to remain part of the space. The resulting atmosphere combines vintage Seoul character with a raw, understated setting for visual production and exhibitions.

Setup & Breakdown
All setup, preparation, breakdown and restoration must be completed within the booked time. Please include preparation and cleanup time when making your reservation.
Cleaning & Damage
The space must be returned to its original condition. Please take care when moving equipment, furniture and other items. Additional repair fees may apply for damage to the space or its fixtures.
Staff & Capacity
The agreed maximum number of staff and guests must be observed. The host may cancel the booking or request an additional fee if the agreed capacity is exceeded.
Food & Drink
Food and drink are not permitted inside the space. Please contact the host in advance if an exception is necessary.
Noise & Etiquette
Please be considerate of surrounding residents and keep noise to a reasonable level. Outdoor shooting is not permitted.
Waste
All waste generated during the booking must be collected and removed before departure.
Furniture & Layout
If furniture or the existing layout is changed during use, everything must be restored to its original position before departure.
Parking
Only the designated parking spaces are available. Please do not exceed the allocated parking capacity.
